Janet Lynne Pleasant

Janet Lynne Pleasant, born on June 4, 1951, in Pullman WA, to Charles and Dorothy Harding, Janet passed away on November 19, 2025. Janet was born in pullman, WA and lived in Anacortes before moving back to Kennewick, WA where she graduated from Kennewick high school in 1969.

Janet career began in Pasco, where she worked at Mayfair and Spudnut, before spending 17 years at Safeway in Kennewick. She was known for her hard work and dedication in every job she held. Janet had a passion for traveling and fishing that brought her so much joy throughout her life.

In 1988, Janet married Harold Pleasant of Prosser, WA and tighter they made Prosser their home. There Janet worked alongside Harold in the wine industry, contributing to the growth and success of their business.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Harding: her sisters, sandy and Ann: her brothers Richard and Karl: and nephew, Robbie. She leaves be hide her loving and devoted husband, Harold: her daughter melissa& spouse: her son Sean :her granddaughter: Ananda & spouse: her great-grandson, Geoffrey, Christoper, along with niece Gayle and her nephew’s jay, randy, & spouse.

Janet will be deeply missed by all who known and loved her. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on December 5,2025 at 2pm at Prosser funeral home, graveside service to follow at Prosser cemetery
