Shane Dale White, 56, of Prosser, Washington passed away peacefully on Sunday July 20th, 2025 surrounded by love.
He was born March 7th, 1969 to the late Harold and Donita White in Salem, OR. Shane was the youngest of four children and spent his childhood on his family farm in Independence, Oregon. He graduated from Dallas High School in 1987.
Shane married his beloved Melinda (Mini) Smith White on June 25th of 1994. They were blessed with two boys and four grandchildren. His favorite days were spent camping at the lake, driving truck, golfing and skiing with his boys or playing outside with his grandkids. Many incredible memories were made on the beaches of Maui, sharing a margarita with friends or chatting with his family while enjoying a good brisket.
His company, White’s Hauling, was an integral part of his life. He had the privilege to meet and work with many amazing people along the way.
Shane’s life was full of joy and laughter. He worked hard and loved even harder. There won’t be a day that he will not be missed.
Shane is proceeded in death by his parents; Harold and Donita White, and his father in law; Vern Smith.
Shane is survived by his wife; Melinda (Mini) White, his children; Colby (Cortney) White and Justin (Kylie) White, along with four grandchildren; Kamden White, Korbin White, Adrienne White and Sutton White. Also, his siblings, Claude (Kathy) White, Mike (Amy) White, and Debbie (Jerry) Leboeuf. As well as several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday August 2nd at 11:00am at Foundation Bible Church in Prosser, WA.
